Weakest link - Improve your business - Page 2

I usually am serious and a lot of people do not appreciate that.
God has been very good to me. Since joining this forum and starting to scrap...
1 - Wife and I bought house for cash. Everything done except final signature on close and title receipt.
2 - Paid off most of my medical bills.
3 - Already looking at expansion and have started negotiations with a couple of waste companies. (Not sharing my idea yet. Sorry.)

If you look at my start date you will know about when I started doing this,

VERYOLDGUY. all that in three months? Keep up the good work. I saw myself in your other post, too. I partnered with someone who could provide expertise I didn't have but failed to realize how tempting easy access to money that wasn't his could be.

yes, since im a one man operation i have no one else to blame so it all comes back on me, automatically makes me the weakest link

I only scrap part time, but like every body else living paycheck to paycheck.
Reason for buying another house is can get to the country and have more room to expand operations.
Current home I cannot even put my empty utility trailer in my backyard. We have so many city restrictions...

But yes 3 months.

All I was really trying to say was learn from your mistakes and push yourself.

Mick - No one will ever care as much about your business as you do. Borrowing or using some one elses money will make you a slave to the lender. Look at all the employees the credit card companies have. LOL
Main thing is you realized the problem.
