The ac guy is there to do a job. The mortgage company is the one paying him so they probably required a job quote. A job quote is a set price for doing the work. The bank will most likely require him to take the old ac unit away when he's finished because they don't want any junk left on the property.

This is a business deal between the bank and the ac guy. What's going on between them is none of your business. Be a good guy and stay out of other people's business.

Well turns out they are just going to leave it there with the gas in the radiator the guy is gona give me the fan motor and the wires that got to the ac and a box on the house also a black wire going from that same box into the ground so ill get two big wires with who knows how many wires in each one my guess is its going to be something like romex maybe.
