6 gauge bare copper is 79.4 pounds per 1000 feet
thhn is 95 pounds per 1000 feet roughly 83.5 percent
xhhw is 97 pounds per 1000 feet roughly 81.8 percent.
those weights are all off various web sites, so your recovery may vary.
only difference is type of insulation
