POS stand alone for small recycing business

Can anyone suggest a stand alone pos system I can purchase that will create sales slip and keep inventory of purchased and for sold Metals. Thank You

The only one I've used is Recycling Operations Manager which is pretty easy to use and adaptable but depending how small your operation is, might be an unnecessary cost.
