A place to potentially sell your electronic finds

If you find many electronic items you might want to check this out:

    http://www.gazelle.com/

I've looked up a few things without much luck but they were older. But you might have something they're looking for. Doesn't hurt to try.

Thanks parrothead. As far a I can tell it depends on what you've got.

I plan to try it on an item by item basis and see what they offer.

    Like I said, doesn't hurt.

smajor, have you seen posts by easyrecycle or computerscrapper. I think it's much better to deal with someone who's been on the forum a while than a web site that's more of a gamble.

you're better off selling a working phone or other electronic on ebay or craigslist than selling it to gazelle or a scrapper, you'll get far more. Heck I sold a broken ipod touch on ebay for 60 bucks, smashed display and all.

I will buy working items but as dherlk it will be better to list it on online or other ways. When you send something to a company they have to make a profit on it an so they wont give you top dollar but...they will give you money fast..an easy but you will take a hit on the amount you could of made.

So if you have all the time in the world...sell it our self
If you want a fast buck an not have to worry about selling it/ shipping it an having ebay make you pay them back for one dumb reason or another...then selling it to a company maybe better. Its just how you want to go about to getting the money into your pockets.

The fee's bug me sometimes but I just remind my self that millions of people are able to see what I'm selling. It's the price of doing business and as long as I'm making what I want, it is what it is.
