Thumbs down Wire stripping - everyones favourite topic :)

O.K, so after reading ALL the threads on here that came up when I searched for wire stripper I am left wanting. and if any members out there wanna chime in with that old chestnut "use the search feature - its all in the archives" I challenge you to bring the goods to back that up

Every time those words are mentioned a link to amazon comes up..what's with that??? kick backs?

Anyhow, there are a zillion you tube videos on this, but none answer my question.

ANYONE can buy a machine to do solid core or heavy Romax wire. These I do with a utility knife held on its side while pulling the wire under it to shave of the insulation, and its hella quick and easy...

I have yet to see anyone who can effectively strip the fine and flexible multi strand wire used for appliance cord and extension cords, and for that mater, automotive wire too.

So who here is the expert? who has made a tool for this?? who has the vids I know we all want to see???

alternatively who here has plans to build a granulator..? LOL

    Thank you.
