In 1913 the first income tax forms where created. They gave an exemption of $3,000.00.......Fast forward to today, we still get an exemption of $3,000, but take a look at the worth of our $$$ (or lack of)....
1913=$3000.00
2011=68,000.00
I feel jipped....
