It would be worth seeing if they work in the first place. If you have a DC power supply you can try to drill / saw / whatever they are meant to do. If they work fine but the battery pack is kaput, you may be able to sell the unit. Check
ebay for previous sales.
If the entire thing is kaput, there is at least a motor and some wires and switches and metal chucks, clutches, fasteners, etc... I'd certainly disassemble everything properly (not the hammer!) and you'll probably end up with a big pile of plastic shells.
If the batteries are included you'll have to dispose of them separately.
I wouldn't turn it down.
