Did you build your own granulator too?
No, freonjoe, I did not build the granulators. I waited for a great deal and offered 20% of their asking price. When i won the auction, i was the dog that caught the parked car.

Miked, I m running a mix of romex wire. 14g, 12g, 10g or white, yellow, orange house wire.
The table will separate most anything with different weights. I have only used it to get copper separate from plastic and aluminum
You only get two groups. High side/ heavies or low side lights

Have you tried other, finer, wires such as LAN cable or auto wiring, which is stranded copper? I'm curious how well granulating and vibe separating works on the very fine copper.
What make of granulator do you have? Is the granulation more than one chopping process? I've seen videos of commercial systems that pre-chopped the wire down to about 6" lengths before the fine granulator and have wondered which way works better.
Looks like you have developed a fine machine---probably pretty hard not to get "gold", no, "copper" fever when looking at that little stream of cleaned metal filling the bucket!! Is it difficult to obtain enough house wiring to keep the machine going?

Yes, I have run a lot of #2 wire. As long as the copper % is there I will chop it.
When I made this video I only had one nelmor granulator.
You can never have enough wire.
It depends on how you load your product. You can't toss a Gaylord of wire in a granulator at one time. The door is too small and the machine will jam. You can chunk 2 or 3 Gaylord's in a shredder at one time. Or you can hand feed 1 lbs at a time. I have tried them all. I like the fastest way

It depends on how resourceful you are. I paid someone to bend the aluminum. I did all the welding, fitting and design. All the metal was recycled or "found" at various scrap yards. I did buy the motor new, some nuts and bolts, and fiber glass rods.
