Super clean looking yard. I should show the old steel yard in my metro (squeezed in little place) but the new yard just down the road from me (also owned by the other one) will look pretty sweet for a while. Much more spacious! Can't wait for it to open!!

Watched your electric motor video. The casing around the stator is normally cast aluminum. If you ran a score lengthwise down it with a grinder, you can use a chisel to split it. Do it on both sides, and more aluminum for you. Makes it easier to get to the windings as well.
