Ewaste business. Adding a free, value-added service can increase business but runs the risk of not bringing in enough income. Charging for the service allows for income, but you many not get the volume of customers vs. someone that does it free. Both ways can have value and be profitable. Very similar to the issue of paying for equipment or trying to get it for free...
