Even if I knew where the building was I don't think I would go inside without a hazmat suit plus you have to consider the local law enforcement.

** Bear in mind ... this may not be what it appears.**
Both Tenco & Mighty Equipment had 400 rivers road Centerville tn listed as their address. You would be wise to avoid the place as it's listed as a hot site for toxic waste.
The property is up for sale or lease. The photos seem to match the building.

Found an electronics recycler using that business address as well. It's listed near the bottom of their webpage.

Monitor Recycling
Scott Recycling works to keep useful materials from unused monitors out of landfills and in manufacturing plants.
Like computers, monitors are composed of plastics, glass, metal and components that can be reused for new products. We break these devices down into their bare components to be repurposed and reused. Along with keeping these machines out of landfills, recycling monitors also reduces the energy and materials needed to create new components by offering a viable alternative for many parts or materials.
Scott recycling accepts all types of computer monitors. However, it should be noted that an additional fee may be required to dispose of the large CRT monitors. This fee is to negate the expense incurred with disposing of the toxic lead contained in these machines. However, all toxic materials are contained and disposed of in a safe and effective manner.
Scott Recycling will keep your monitors out of the landfills and place their materials in the hands of manufactureres. Contact us today to dispose of any unused monitors!
Television Recycling
Just like computer monitors, televisions contain many valuable materials that can be reused in new products. So, please do not throw your old television in the trash. Scott Recycling is an expert in television recycling and disposal. As advances in television technology force consumers to make decisions about old television sets, Scott Recycling is ready to safely dispose of your old and outdated television sets.
Please Note: an additional fee may be required to dispose of the CRT(Tube) TV's. This fee is to negate the expense incurred with disposing of toxic materials contained within TV sets.
I wonder if Scott Recycling has that video of one of their sites, esp. since their quoted as saying "Scott Recycling follows all responsible recycling practices and complies with all legal requirements under the rules and regulations of the EPA, OSHA and all other Federal, state and local agencies". (right off their website.)

This is not new news if you live in this area.........I did not know however the Centerville location was theirs.......There are several dumps sites like this one that I know of here in town
At first glance .... there seems to be a difference between what they're saying and what they're doing.
If you can put a name with each *ahem* "storage site" that goes a long way toward making people responsible for any messes they've created. Scott is working interstate so that could become a federal beef if he's not doing what he's supposed to be doing.
Well lets all pitch in and open up one of these. we can follow that recycling company around and make our living while cleaning up the planet.
It would seem with this being such a problem that there would be some opportunities for us in the recycling community. I've really stopped taking CRTs unless I'm getting mostly other (good) stuff included. Otherwise, I'm asking for $10 per unit (it costs me $1.00 at local center to dump the remains). So far, no takers which is fine by me. I hate dumping the ones I do get, and I suspect the day is rapidly approaching where they will start refusing them altogether.
The last time I checked in with anyone up the line on these, it required dealing in semi truckloads. I wonder if it would be possible to charge for disposal and have a trailer set up somewhere more or less central to scrappers / recyclers in a given area and ship that way. Regardless, this is a major problem.
I found someone to recycle those Tvs
So he is all kinds of worried about breathing in the lead dust but thinks nothing about walking into his living room wearing the clothes that are covered with it. Sounds like to me that he has already consumed a fair amount of lead. I wonder if he considers the people who have to dump that can? Guess not, but then, he had $42...
Have Fun,
Harold
I hate rules, but I love junk.

Unfortunately all that lead dust may make takeoff a little tough
