OK.... I had to watch your video 4 times to see if I could get the vibe that Scrappah was picking up. At first view I felt that it was a kind of knock against another option of getting rid of a computer- donate VS e-cycle so I could kinda
understand what Scrappah meant about the competition ( another way to get rid of a computer other than using your URBANRECYCLING service). In that way you (URBANRECYCLING) may not ever see it- so in reality they may be taking some business from you no ?
In the video you are placing doubt and maybe a little guilt into the minds of the donor to try and get them to use your service instead of donating it ? Doubt - that the person donating does not really know what's happening to the computer after they donate it or the hard drive either . And guilt in that its probably going to a third world country to be cooked over an open fire for its precious metals. ( NOT GREEN recycling)
FYI- I am one of the the guys that purchases or takes away for free the electronics that these organizations deem unfit to be refurbished. I DO NOT send them over seas. They are in fact fully recycled by my organization using most of the same methods that you use and I have R2/RIOS partners downstream also. Don't get me wrong , I like the video , it will definitely help to do what it was intended to do and wish it was mine , but I'm calling it like I see it--- a good marketing tool meant to steer business your way.
