I buy most of my hand tools from pawn shops. For quality hand tools I like Craftsmans lifetime warranty.
Give back more to this world than we take.
You know what that is a good idea. My dad also buys tools from there. One day I'm going to go to a pawn shop and see what good tools I can buy.
Thanks for the tip.
Geravega77, I buy nearly all my tools at a local flea market. I can get nearly any hand tool for a dollar. Yeah they're a bit beat up, but work just fine. If there are any flea markets in your area, there's usually guys that empty totes of random tools onto tables.

I got a bunch of my tools from coca cola for free. Now im looking into another place for free tools. Getting them cheap is nice but once you get some for free you never want to buy them again
to be honest I take apart 1000's of electronics per month so I just go ahead and buy better tools........The main tools I use are channel lock cutters and makita impact driver with multiple bits........A decent flat head screw driver is also a must

Yes flea markets are great places to buy tools. So sad that there are not to many where I live and if they are they going to be an hour away. But one day I'm going to put a few hundred dollars aside and drive to a flea market and buy bunch of cheap tools that way the trip will be worth it. Thanks for the tip V1rothisk
You are lucky manjelle not to many companies give free tools they let you borrow them. When you live they want them back. lol. One time I was working for this IT guy and we did lots of job together and he gave me bunch of tools but when I left he wanted everything back or he wasn't going to pay me the last pay check.
No geravega77. The coca cola products have points on the cartons that you can redeem for products. You just collect the points and you can shop for all sorts of stuff it takes alot of points, but if your not above dumpster diving( and if your a scrapper i know your not) you can get just about everything you need for free. I do t know if they still do it the wife started using it for magazines and small gifts for the grandkids. When she lets me know the other sites she gets me free tools and stuff on ill put it on this post so everyone can get in on the freebies. I thought everyone knew about this.
