In ur number 2 bucket the copper thicker then a pencil lead from the transformers if its not aluminum is Copper #1
And your high grab board with the lcd display is med grade board :-p
Otherwise good video lots of wildlife out there.

Yeah, that's the stupid scrap yard I use, they won't consider that wire #1 copper. Not that that's the only thing they will cheat you on if they can get away with it. Thanks on the board as well, I haven't done any e-scrapping yet, just collecting stuff.

They tend to be closer to the house. And most people are use to getting hit with the short end of the stick. So people think its better to take it then get on here to rant.
Sorry, guys I wasn't complaining, I was just showing a small amount of scrapping money. And when I talked about the yard, I was just responding to a statement from Dunemaul.
I turned in some copper that was thicker than a whole pencil and they have me #2 copper because it had a film on it.
This is why im glad i shop around and ask questions. i have yards like the ones you mentioned. i dont bring my stuff there. If you have a rail road in ur town thats the best place to look for best scrap prices. Or major shipping ports.
That's exactly the reason, when the copper has a coating on it, they don't except it as #1 copper. I suspect if it were 0 gauge copper wire, I could probably convince them to make it #1 no matter what as long as it was clean of dissimilar metal (bronze, steel aluminum, etc.).
like the video make more so I can watch them all.
and hey I heard you drop my name -thanks
