Being in Hawaii, I can't give you stats, but FedEx is usually cheaper than the Post Office is for me (I'm in Wyoming).



Is LTL freight an option?
FedEx is always more expensive than the Post Office unless the dimensions are just right (and even then, Parcel Select is still cheaper than both FedEx and UPS Ground). LTL is not really an option because we do not have quite enough space to stockpile that much.
