Need Clamshell Advice to ship Laptop i3 i5 i7 processors CPU

    All:
I am looking to find an ebay auction that will have me order the proper clamshells to ship Laptop i3 i5 i7 processors
I have done a specific search on Ebay and nothing pops for these CPU's.

Can anyone point me to which clamshell size would work appropriately for these?
I have about a dozen of them that I can't sell because they would never survive shipping only in an anti-static bag.

    Thank you!

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

I don't see too many laptop CPUs for resale, but I do see a few. What I've found works well are the clamshells that have foam in there. There's no bulge that forces the shell to accept a certain size CPU. Something like this: Laptop Mobile Processor Clam Shell Blister Pack + Anti Static Foam - Qty 75 pcs | eBay should work

    Holy Poop those are expensive!
Any chance that a clamshell for like a Socket 775 or 1156 work?
Since Laptops are Pins and Desktops are Pinless- I wasn't sure.

Would sort of like to not buy 6 different kinds and "hope"

I may have a box of clamshells available. Give me the measurements, inches or mm and I will check what I have and get back with you.

I was selling some on ebay and bought some big enough for ever thing I wanted to sell and added anti-static foam to cushion the cpu's.

Miked and PTS: Thank you for your replies.
Miked: I never saw your post until today.

I did order some from Ebay- but they don't snap shut, I have to tape them closed- so I don't really like them. I'll look into your link too PTS!

    Thanks folks!
