I Was working for the State recently and saw a sign for RPM advertising steel as $2 more per hundred than any of the other local yards. I guess the reason they can do that is that they have a shredder on site. They just started buying all the non-ferrous stuff about a month ago i guess. But if they are paying more for steel than the guys down the road I think they've won my business.
