    wanted - Antique safe

We don't have a wanted section but I saw a post on a safe that someone has and...I may buy it but I have also been looking for a OLD antique safe with old lock (not the updated ones) from the late 1800 or early 1900s.

Something about those old safes I love.

My company name was Easy Recycle but has since been closed

some guy posted a photo of one of those not too long ago (one or two months maybe), sitting on his trailer. Said his great great grandfather had purchased it in the late 1800s or early 1900s (can't recall exactly which, or who this was ), but from what I gathered, he was going to scrap it ( not absolutely certain of this either though)

That was me Bear and under no circumstances am I going to scrap it. Its sitting in my basement right now just waiting for when I have the time and money to restore it. Its an old Cary Floor safe and the Cary safe company was in business from 1878 to 1929. It was the office safe for my grandfathers brick company that was started in 1908 so its from that era.

This guy The Antique Safe collector always has a few for sale on his site but his prices are a little high i think. Really nice safes though probably more like prices are higher than I would pay but right on the money value wise.

Hey, I have an old antique safe if you're interested. It's very old and in decent condition. Says "Canadian Diebold Winnipeg, MB" on it.

Let me know if you'd like some pictures.
