Hillman 8 ton rigger roller kit

This is a used kit.
One of the skates (far left one) has gouges on its side and rollers are roughed up a little. Three of the skates need the carpet replaced, one looks to be good. All the rollers on the skates move easily. One bar has a dent in it (see photos). Some rust on the outside of metal box, but none on the inside.
