    I'd have to disagree. This country only meets minimum regulations and to me, that's not enough. You know companies like Dell and big box stores like Wal-Mart pay for people to look the other way, right? How do I know? I was standing in the managers office of not one but two Wal-Marts when I was Iowa when this was going on. This country is still the largest importer and exporter of electronics and I'll be darned if I'm going to let my electronics be exported so they end up at the bottom of the ocean or the beach of some country.
