Then the wipe software you are using should have this option to print a COD after the wipe is complete. I know the one I have has this function. If your talking physical destruction cert then just type one up yourself. Basicaly your just writing a statment and signing it saying you destroyed the hard drive and that if it shows up in the futre as not being destroyed that company has a right to sue you.
