Don't know if their tant. but their definitely can caps.

The Proof is in the end that's not shown.

If the other side has a welded lead coming out of it your odds are in your favor.

Ah, no solder joint. Oh well! At least there were a bunch of the little orange guys on that board. I still haven't found any can type ones..

I get a lot of different electronics..these were from an old grocery store barcode scanner made in 1987. Ta caps, ceramic ics, gold pins, and the whole case was made out of approx 10 lbs of aluminum.
