    Well the EPA had to do something, lots and lots of older monitors and TV's getting replaced for newer flat screen type. California has a buy back program for the CRT's where do they go and what happens to them?

    I think a lot of companies are just stockpiling them. That, and they are being sent to your state for processing the glass
