Over a period of 14 years on ebay I've had a total of 6 cases filed against me, in this past week three, yes another one rolled in this afternoon.

Bit surprised Paypal did not go after my bank or credit card but rather put my PP account into the red, in my mind this posses a few questions, 1. Am I now banned from buying, 2. Will PP pay the buyer if no funds are available or act as a loans institution on my behalf.
