    Even $130 seems high for a non working laptop, which I am guessing is a lot more than you could scrap it for?



    Sounds like the buyer is asking legitimate questions, however you don't even KNOW what is really wrong with the laptop. He could very well be a pita if you follow through with this sale. Not sure how I'd deal with this one.
