How do I take this server board out?

There are two steps here. First, on the left side of the picture is a black bar, pull it up. This loosens the compartment holding the CD/floppy and hard drives. Once loose, push it forward to move it out of the way.

Then pull up on that blue button in the middle of the motherboard, and slide the board back.
