Sent my very first shipment to this company but unfortunately things are not going too well. Giving it a few more days to see if they can find the package that P.O. shows was delivered to them on Jan 2nd. Wasn't a large amount of product thank goodness, but frustrating nonetheless. UPDATE - Evidently small package is MIA in Florida, with the holidays and snail mail it is entirely possible! Company went ahead and paid me for lost product as a customer courtesy. Payment was prompt once issue was brought to their attention. I would not hesitate sending them another package as I believe this was not their fault.
