Enough already!!!!!!!

I've been a member of a gardening forum for 10 years or more now and they had the same issues over there. Newbies asking common questions and expecting members to answer all of them. I've seen newbies get pissed because they were ignored or because someone pointed out the search feature.

It's a common problem on any public forum.

It was decided by about 20 longtime members that the lazy newbies were only part of the problem. The other problem was the "enablers". These were forum members who were very quick to answer any and every question no matter how common or stupid it might be.



Also some or these "enablers" were the very same people who were complaining about the newbies.
