There is a fire escape my landlord owns in the downtown Harrisburg area, that he wants me to remove. "YOU" dismantle the fire escape shown in this add off first and second floor exterior
walls of building, and cut into hand liftable sections, "WE" load it onto my stake body truck
and take to CSR on Cameron St. Hbg. "WE" split the ca$h slip 50/50, half n half. Keep in mind,
you do all the dismantling, not me, meaning, you are responsible to bring whatever equipment necessary to detach from brick wall, and cut into hand liftable truck fitting pieces. You are not
permitted to take any of the metal off the property. Once metal is detached and cut up, I will
bring my truck for it to be loaded. I will be asking to look at your Pa. state ID to write down
your info, and you will be required to sign a "contract" and a "no fault injury waiver". The goal is to start early and have everything done and cashed in before 4pm. If this cannot be done by 4pm, everything must be down, cut up, and loaded in my truck before leaving premises, in which will go home with me (and I will be more than glad to let you know where my home is) and cashed in and money split the following day. But keep in mind that is only if everything cannot get done within the course of one business day. Again, keep in mind that you are required to bring whatever tools
and equipment necessary for the teardown and cut up, such as cutting torch, demo saw, latters,etc.
All I am bringing is the truck and ratchet straps. Serious inquiries only. I am a busy man, so if you do not have the tools, equipment, and know how necessary, please do not contact me and waste my time. Thanks.
