    Hi all!

Just got done organizing everything and back from selling all the power supplies. I got 9 cents/lb for the power supplies which was pretty bad but I did not find anyone else around here that would take them for cash. Total wieght was 248lbs which gave me like $23 bucks. I also took the aluminum heatsinks and got .40 a lb. Total was $8 bucks from all those servers.

I still have another load of steel to do as well so that should be another couple of bucks.

Here is all the motherboards! I would love help grading these and getting an idea on what I should accept from buyers.

the dual socket medium size boards we have about 100lbs. The telecom cisco boards we have 26 lbs. The large dual socket boards are 21lbs. The single sock boards are 20lbs.. The cards are around 60lbs.

I will get the cpus ready for you all the help me grade next. Should I document each cpus model or will they all be the same price really?

I also have 12lbs of RAM that seems that will all be scrap value .

Thanks to everyone who is helping me!

there are SEVERAL grades of CPU's depending on how old they are. There are several threads on the boards here that can help you with that AND you can get a good idea from the buyers threads here (ewasted is a good one) to give you the categories. Ram is ram, so all valued the same UNLESS it is tested and works (typically 2gb and up sticks...there MIGHT still be a bit of a market for 1gb, but I think that has or will dry up shortly)....but you have to TEST them to make sure they work before selling for more than scrap. Most people used a number of machines they keep around to test OR they bu a very expensive ram tester (the one I am looking at runs $3-5K, but it is a stand alone unit and will test **** near any modern ram a multitude of ways).

    Hope that helps!

OH and I am very happy you decided not to endanger yourself, your property and possibly others trying to learn to "recover" gold from this stuff....
