Goodwill is one of those places. I see them sometimes in their Va stores, as I don't set foot in the one on my sandbar.(New folks, or folks who don't recall my beef with GW can feel free to search the archives...it's been documented. lol)
I agree tho one would think the liability issues would stop them. I know I'd never resell a computer with a HD that' hadn't been wiped. Just me tho, I'm not fond of being sued for such things.Of course some of the blame has to be put on the person donating.
