Assuming you're talking about the newer style of small aluminum bottles with the screw-on caps that have the plastic on the inside of the lid. For best scrap price the can/bottle part can go with the rest of your aluminum cans. The top part with mid-grade aluminum breakage. Both are recyclable without major difficulty if you have a scrapyard near you.
