Is it worthwhile to strip the webbing off lawn chairs?

i think a lot of them just got screws holding it on, should be fairly quick and easy to back them out. If it by chance is an al rivet, probly just as quick and easy to drill them

If they're aluminium, chances are they'll bend and snap at the rivot without tools, so less wear and tear on your drill bits
