    I can understand community regulations. didn't say I liked them but understwnd them. looking through my copy of the U.S. constitution I cant seem to find the section that governs what your neighbor does with his property. In addition to that hard times some times dictate hard measures. perhaps when your neighbors loose their jobs, they will come to you for advice.



    one axiom that may apply here is "out of sight out of mind" you are however lucky to have the land lord you have. Perhaps a storage unit would solve the problem.
