    Scraping a frig and Consumers energy

    Here in Michigan until the end of August consumers Energy will pay you 50.00 for your old working frig or freezer for recycling. Limit 2 units.
    BTW they don't check to see if they are working. Just that they are complete and are a normal size. Not a mini frig.
    And they pick it up. Not a bad deal
    Way better than the 15 to 20 bucks as scrap

    In Massachusetts they did/do that. Believe it's gov. Subsidized...similar to cash4 clunkers..
