    Wink new to scrapping from central jersey

    Hows everyone doing. Im paul im 22 from central jersey and am trying to start to scrap to help with money problems. Im going to start reading up on the threads and am sure most of my questions will be answered by just reading. If anyone would like to share tips or talk id appreciate it. Thanks

    a little more about myself. ive lived in central jersey all my life. ive been with the mother of my 1 yr old son for 5 years. worked at the post office for 3 years and was laid off. since than ive been from job to job. decided to start scrapping to get me ahead with money since i feel behind. would like for it to turn into a hobby. i like physical work with my hands and tool were i get dirty and scraped up. Looking to scrap anything thatll bring money home.

    Hi Paul, I just recently joined the forum myself and just like you im really just starting to get into scrapping but lately its been so hot outside ive just been kinda laying low. Im sorry you got laid off from the post office cause im sure you made good money as I haul mail locally on an 18 wheeler for local post offices 3 days per week.

    Hello Paul, welcome. Sorry about your job. Hope scrapping really starts to pay off well for you. Being a hard worker and good provider(especially with love) will be a source of encouragement to you wife and child.

    Welcome to the jungle, good luck with your scrapping. There is a bunch of great information here and some great people. I know where your coming from, scrapping has suplimented my income when I needed it the most. You can make some good money if you want to work for it.

    Greetings Paul. I hate to hear that the P.O. has started laying people off. It sounds like you will make a good scrapper if you like tools and getting your hands dirty. Enjoy reading the archives and learning. I look forward to hearing about your progress. Take care of that little boy !

    Welcome, everyone here seems to respect people willing to work hard and take the time to learn the business. The archives really are a wealth of knowledge. I suspect the Post Office may be cutting back many more employees in the future. Best to you and yours, Mike.
