My name is David Behnke and I am a project manager at my family's 118 year old scrap yard in Battle Creek, MI. Many of us deal with ewaste and as a result accumulate alot of plastic. Do you buy plastic from ewaste and if so could you provide more information?

I have the same problems recycling e waste plastics. The problem is (as you probably know) the difference in grades and types of plastic used. ABS, ASA, PC, etc. If sorted and kept separate, I could find a home for them. It is just tough and time consuming. Our plastics facility mainly deals with large scale commercial contracts compared to individual plastic scrap.
