    It could be scrapped but it would depend on the state your in and the laws of that state. In the state of Florida if you were to tow the whole truck to the scrap yard you would have to have a title. Now you could cut it up into pieces but that would be alot more work than I'm willing to do plus I don't have a way to haul it to the scarp yard.
