Does anyone know about direct core in pa an what they buy

They have been around for a very long time and I have never had a problem with them. They take almost any car part that can be re-manufactured. ECM's, PCM's, alt. and starter cores, cats., transmissions, calipers. Just call and tell him what you've got, they aren't hard to find.

Are cores worth more than scrapping them? I've been tearing down alternators and starters, but it's getting to be a pain.
