Instead of ragging on this guy for doing it wrong, shouldn't we be trying to bring this guy here and teach him the right way to scrap so it doesn't happen again? Or has this forum just become a collection of people with nothing else better to do.

OPINION: There is such a thing as common sense in some people. this is typical of you tube learning.
This is the type person that causes most of the stupid regs we have.
He is also the type that if you did bring him on board the forum he to learn something, he would go right back to you tube and claim it as his own knowledge.

I actually like watching this guy but he does have some annoying habits. He calls any kind of color containing scrap copper and he puts it all in the same container and makes them separate it at the yard, I've seen videos of him driving around picking scrap and stopping the car to pick up brooms and steel cans. As long as he's happy though it doesnt really matter. He's just a bit of a kook.

True it would be nice and proper to say so and so from such a place bestowed this knowledge to me, but as long as they know the right way of doing it, I see no harm in claiming it as their own to save face. Wounder if he made enough from the lead in that battery he smashed in probably his landlords yard, to replace those shoes he just ruined .
I'm sure his attitude is, the land lord can worry about the yard.
