Monitor yoke

Stupid question. I got two free very old crts monitors that I broke down. Had a lot of copper!!!!!
What is the actual yoke on these things made of? Looks like carbon but it is magnetic. Steel? Iron?

Throw it in your steel bucket, it's powdered iron/? From Wiki;

You didn't forget the "silver" wire that ran around the bottom edge of the tube, did you?? It's tinned copper.
