    DIY snow shovel

I made my own snow shovel with 3 handles. I used the back panel of a computer screen, a crutch, and the pot handle makes it ergonomic. Other ingredients used: A piece from a fan stand as the top handle, a piece of plastic from a flat TV case to protect the bolts from scratching the pavement, and metal plates from inside an appliance motor to strap the handle to the scoop.

I tested it out and it works great. I will change a few small things.. Add a metal strip to the underside of the edge of the scoop, so the plastic will be less likely to break if I hit a rock or crack. Also, the handle was sliding out of the straps, so I will put some screws directly through the straps into the handle.

That wouldn't be as fun. I don't even need a snow shovel, I just wanted to make something useful out of scrap.
