Just got a few dozen new PS/2 Keyboards

I just got a few dozen (have not counted yet) HP SK-2880 keyboards for free. These are the common ones that come with a new PC (so nothing special about them). Thinking about putting on Ebay but was curious on the thoughts of doing single keyboards or small lots.

Single, shipping kills on large lots of common items. Just mention you have more in the text so people can ask about bulk purchases.

Dime a dozen items are best sold in lots I have found. Move them and get them out. I am thinking common keyboards may not be worth a lick though.

about .10 worth of silver in them same with cords. so they are worth about .20 but will cost you at least that much to get rid of the plastic.

Checked on ebay, they are going for about $13 shipped. Don't know how much shipping will be. If I scrapped them, the plastic is ABS so I can recycle it for free.

list one in auction format and see what it goes for, if it sells then list the rest in buy it now. Used to when I'd run out of keyboards I'd go to Biglots and buy some cheap ones for 5 or 6 bucks, dang I hated using those cheap things!

I think for packing one I'd just roll it up in light cardboard and tape it shut, then stick a label on it

Thrift stores have a mountain of used keyboards for a couple bucks, BUT they are grimey as hell (I must be the only one who doesn't eat and type, plus where does all that hair come from?). Anyway somebody will want a NIB keyboard sooner or later, and since ebay has millions of eyeballs looking daily sticking a BIN auction up for $8 won't hurt.
