    Prices up at my Yard this week !

    Just took in my non-ferrous today.

    old sheet (their aluminum is just old sheet or dirty) 32lbs @ .55 per lb.=$17.60
    UBC 28lbs @ .65 per lb = 18.20
    #2 copper 18lbs @ $3.71 per lb = 66.88
    #2 insulated 12lbs @ 1.48 per lb = 17.76
    Batteries 32lbs @ .18 per lb = 5.76

    Total=$126.10

    used almost half of it to fill up my truck. Anybody know why gas is 25 or 30 cents a gal cheaper in AL than GA ? Hope you all have a good weekend. Was going to a flea market, but we're getting RAIN ! So much corn, and other crops being lost to drought.

    I went back to Shnitzers because I was in a hurry. Still plan on trying the other one soon though. Have a good weekend olddude, and all my scrappin buddies.

    I am amazed to see such high prices at the yard, as it is July we should see the Summer price drop by now!

    that makes way too much sence so im sure they ship all the gas in Huston to NY or some where and import from Alaska. now if we could only figgure out how to attach gas bags to the butts of all those cows in TX.

    Why not? It's $3.70 in NY right now. I can get it just across the border for about $3.55 in PA. Weekly run to the In-laws helps my gas tank that way.
