I have a few old sump pumps and motors. are these worth taking apart for the copper wire im sure is inside? Also, I found old electronic pieces, glass tubes, filled with mercury. what do i do with that? Found a reallly old television and have some old radios... what should i be looking for?

Take that mercury and treat it like it is. A hazordous material. Be very careful with it. Do not throw it away. Put it in a box or whatever. iF THERE IS A REFINERY OR SOMETHING NEAR YOU IT IS WORTH MAYBE 40 BUCKS A POUND OR SO AND IT DOES NOT TAKE MUCH TO MAKE A POUND. Ooops sorry bout the caps. Treat it with kid gloves and you can legally get some money for it. My brother-in-law had a bunch right now we are trying to move.
