Here the Chip THE PURPLE RARE CHIP

I got this and several others unique stuff in today.. but this one.. I trully believe its a rarest of em all. Or One of the rare one

    I've looked everywhere..

and yet to find any info the only numbers are what You see.

    here are three pics.

If You can assist Me that would be great.

I placed a ball point pen to the side of it to show the length.. Now I tried counting the leads. 34 leads per side. x 2 68 leads.

There are no numbers on the bottom... this is in excellent shape.

If there is someone out there that can helpl Me with this that would be great.

I did find that... article.. but its not the right kind of chip.. the one that is on that article is plastic, this is ceramic and purple and has the Gold center. and Gold Pins.

I've not been able to find another site even on vintage.

This chip was for a old military tele comm. its not for a home computer either. its very unique if you would say.

Though about this thread immediately when I picked up these...

They are not yours exactly but they are purple, with full gold legs, and a gold capped window that lets you see the gold inside the ic chip. They are also similar in that they came off of some government telecom boards but not the military. I picked this up in a lot from NASA in Huntsville.

Not sure, the guy I talked to was James. Good guy. Spacey. He was so far over my head I needed a ladder to shake his hand but not is a demeaning way, in a 'I'm really just this smart way' kind of way.

I have a purple 'piggy back' chip. I'll get some more info about it.

And a bunch of whites too.

That's pretty cool Easa. Reckon that was an upgrade setup? Where the newer ones were smaller than the older ones, so they made an adapter?
