    The Hustle ??

I was doing my thing a few days a go pulling out of a parking lot and I am approached by a individual
I was not really in the mood but OK I roll down window and he says Your a scrapper RIGHT ? Kinda obvious from whats in the truck .
    YES I say .
He goes there is a boiler in the back yard at 132 main land RD
he says I have no ability to take it to yard .
Well he lingers a bit and I say if it's there and I can make a few bucks I'll catch you around town with a few bucks OK
    He says sure .
For the life of me that house can't be found at that address Fact is it's the only house number not there
I think he was trying to Hustle me for a few bucks

In nashville the homeless could always point me in the direction of dumpsters full of scrap.....They had no way to haul it so I would throw them a few bucks if they led me to the scrap!!

Mine was a wild goose chase .
My truck I see is not measured in MPG it's time in use
45 min of looking for a bogus address is a decent waste of fuel.

agreed....just saying some people are actually running a legitimate hustle.......You have to weed out the bogus ones but I'm not telling you anything you don't know

I've had guys come up to me and say, Hay I have a bunch of steel but have no way to get it to the scrap yard. If you will help me haul it to the yard I'll give you half the money. I stay as far away from these guys as I can. I don't know where the steel came from and it's my tag and ID that the yard has on file. So be very carefull with people like this.
