Was at the dumpster and ran across a heavy duty computer. It weighed a lot with thick metal. This is the boards it had. Oh, it also had a black fibre cpu not pictured. My idea on e scrap for now is just to hoard until I really know what I'm doing and have a lot of it then I'll turn it in. What would you value this find at? And besides the one board are any of the others worth much? Yes I know there is a ton of price sheets and everyone. I've read them all, I just do. It know enough about a board to say it's one or the other. Any help would be great! Thanks

The black fiber cpu is listed seperatly on some of the buyers lists here on the forum. The mother board you have is a "large" socket mother board. When you do your reading on the forum and the buyers section that fact will be important.

I agree that holding onto your ewaste for now is the very best idea. Keep studying and you will profit. Mike

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

For value, I use Ewasted's thread. I figured about two weeks ago that the average computer value is:

Small Socket (Newer stuff) About $12
Large Socket (What you have) About $15.50

This doesn't deduct shipping. You'll want to check with your processor for specifics- for example, Ewated lets you leave the aluminum bracket on the add-on cards. You're getting almost $4.00 per pound for the cards, so it's best to leave those on with him.

    Your processor may vary.

You've got a good start! I'd take apart a few more, and you'll see what the makeup is. If you have any parts ID questions, feel free to ask. I work with these all day
