    Scrapping Data

Do you think he is worth more in futuristic metal alloys or part him out on ebay?

    Specifications

Data was composed of 24.6 kilograms of tripolymer composites, 11.8 kilograms of molybdenum-cobalt alloys and 1.3 kilograms of bioplast sheeting. (TNG: "The Most Toys") All told, he weighed approximately one hundred kilograms. (TNG: "Inheritance") Data's upper spinal support was a polyalloy designed to withstand extreme stress. His skull was composed of cortenide and duranium. (TNG: "The Chase") His legs were exactly 87.2 centimeters in length. (Star Trek: Insurrection) Data was built with an ultimate storage capacity of eight hundred quadrillion bits (one hundred petabytes, approximately fifty times the identifiable storage capacity of the Human brain) and a total linear computational speed rated at sixty trillion operations per second. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man")

I will sell the memory to Part Time, that should get things going!

I would use him to tear stuff down. he doesnt need to sleep. I can sit him down with 1000 hard drives and let him do his thing. If I remember right he even has screwdrivers in his finger tips.

I wonder how much red tape is involved in scrapping a starship.

Might set off the radiation detectors at the gate...and then the alarm will sound...and then the manager will be asking if that's Joe out there again?

Just think of all the copies of the Certificate of Destruction you'd have to send.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

My favorite part of any episode was when they'd find a wrecked or abandoned ship or starbase. Call me weird but I like space junk!
